‘A Hammer to the Camera Lens’ – iTunes Release

A Hammer To The Camera LensHello.

It’s finally here!

We’re very pleased to announce that you can now buy our new album, A Hammer to the Camera Lens right now from iTunes. To be honest we were taken by surprise as we were told the process would take at least a month, when it actually took two days. This is why you will have to wait a several weeks if your preferred format is CD (of which there will be limited numbers, and might actually be a couple of quid cheaper, depending on how many we make). However, if it is MP3 goodness you are after, then fill your boots.

Buy from iTunes

After you’ve downloaded the album, and we recommend you do as its the best thing we’ve ever done, why not go here, where you can view the album lyric sheets and inserts.

Forthcoming Attractions

Greeting Episcopalians

The album is mixed, mastered and a release date will be divulged soon. We’re extremely pleased with it, but will attempt to keep our self congratulatory back slapping to a minimum. It will be available through both digital and physical channels. A sample track, ‘Spot Monkey’, is available at the bottom of this post.

In the meantime, we are working up another four songs for an EP, plus another set of songs for the next album. We’ll be building on some of the directions revealed recently, but will be taking many detours.

We hope to start playing live again in the new year, once Mary Pisco is back from her adventures in Costa Rica (mainly involving drinking large amount of Rum Punch).

More Pisco-Info soon. Keep your eyes peeled, your ears to the ground and your fingers on the pulse. Or something along those lines.

Facebook Poll Blurb

Hello! We, the Piscos, would like to ask you for some assistance. We can’t agree on what to call our next album and have been bickering amongst ourselves about it for the last month. We can’t agree on one we all like – discussions have been heated and there was also a regrettable incident with a mace. So, in an attempt to prevent any further violence, each band member has put forward two titles and we’d like you to chose which of the 8 options is your favourite. The one with the most votes becomes the album title and Ed can finish the album art work.

Our future (album title) is in your hands!
Thanks! x
